Dynamic Microsoft Teams Membership Using Dynamic Groups and Azure AD Custom Attributes

Organizations with many users find it challenging to manage and maintain security groups, distribution groups or teams memberships.
Dynamic groups can solve this problem but what about if you run out of attributes or fields to categorize your users?
There are 14 custom attributes at your disposal.
Let’s see how we can use these.

The business case is we have users that need a territory number and need to be assigned a distributor to manage. We also want to use the first number of the territory to be a region (a group of territories)
In our example, territories beginning with the number 2 are part of the Florida region. We’ll create a dynamic group that will manage the teams membership for us. Let’s take a look at the video.
