Over my consulting career working with businesses it’s clear organizations need a common source of contacts accessible from any device. Some challenges observed with the need for accurate contact information are:

·        Contacts are not available on mobile devices

·        When changes are made to contacts there’s no history of the changes

·        Contacts cannot be edited from a mobile device
